I have thought about the possibility of repetitive quests and my solution is simply. In the game you can lasso someone and drag them on the ground with your horse. As I go from point A to point B to do a simple fetch quests, I'll do it while dragging someone on my horse the entire way. I hope they scream and don't die too quickly.
